Large Lipton Vintage 6lb Stoneware Tea Jar

This stunning rare 6lb Lipton Tea large salt glazed Jar is really something special and still has the original stoneware lid. The jar is in fabulous condition and is ready to be used. They make perfect pots to hold utensils, or as a planter for herbs or plants. They look amazing grouped too. This Jar is embosed on both the lid and jar as well as having a large "Lipton" transfer to the jar. It would have originally been used to hold loose leaf tea in a greengrocers and was a sign of quality.

Condition: - In great vintage condition with some chips to the rim of the lid and jar which shows the use over the years (please see all the images).  Apart from the expected signs of wear the jar is in great condition with no cracks to either the jar or lid.
