These superb quality Art Nouveau majolica planters in a bamboo style by French company Orchies are truly stunning and do hark back to the early 1900s. Being sold as a pair these would have originally be displayed as a pair either end of a table with a house plant in them. The bamboo inspired shape and texture was very fashionable as were all things from the orient.
Condition: In superb condition with no damage and the colours are still very strong.
