Slate place names set

Set of four hand cut reclaimed slate tags with twine, supplied with a stick of white chalk.

Perfect as place names at a wedding, Christmas or dinner party, or as a gift tag. These slate tags each have natural twine supplied, and are made from perfectly good reclaimed slates otherwise destined for a skip. Cleaned, and hand cut, each tag is unique and slightly different due to the natural split face of the slate and the cutting process. Each tag has a riven short edge. The other sides are straight cut.

These offer a sustainable option for your table or gifts and can be reused time and time again. Just wipe away the chalk with a damp cloth, dry the surface and it's ready for the next name.

If you're writing a full name then we recommend a chalk pen for accuracy. If you're writing an initial then the supplied stick of traditional chalk will work nicely.
