Vintage paper star garland

Paper star garland made from vintage books. The books were were destined for landfill. So why not enjoy them one last time and decorate our homes with them?

Made from hand cut paper stars stitched onto fine vintage thread. Supplied as a single 3m length for you to loop or arrange as you need. Shown here on a chimney breast, but equally gorgeous on a tree, wall or shelves. Because they are so light and delicate it does not need much to hang them.

The beauty of these garlands is in their handmade, perfectly imperfect quality. The stars are not perfect, they are not straight, the spacing is uneven. Beautiful.

You can choose from naughty or nice. The nice stars cover Austen, Elliot, perhaps a French novel. The naughty? These could be a gritty thriller or a risqué romp. Watch out for vampires, war, guns, profanity and more. Nothing is out of bounds... you've been warned!
